by Anthony Bourdain
I went to see Anthony Bourdain speak last year, and quickly recognized that he was precisely the kind of chef BB1 could someday be. Perhaps with a few less droppings of the F bomb. Kitchen Confidential is like the food Bourdain espouses -- real, meaty, flavourful, fun. Though I may never eat chicken in a restaurant again.

When I first read this book I actually laughed out loud in more than a few places--a book has to be really funny for me to do that!
ReplyDeleteAgree that it makes you think twice about some of the things you can eat in a restaurant.
ETA: OK, I never do this, but my verification word was "mobuff" and that made me laugh too.
